What we've
shipped.

Sonaro is the operating system for your business — content intelligence wired into your real revenue data. It's the product of RocketTools Labs, where the intelligence engine behind it has been in continuous development for nearly a year. This is the record of how it was built.

The App
August 2026

The interface you use every day — the moment the Labs' engine reached your hands.

August 20, 2026
Sonaro connects to the AI you already use
Something we learned building the app: the part that mattered was never the app. It was the two things underneath it — capturing the revenue that happens off your website, and deciding which handful of moves are actually worth your week. So that's what Sonaro leads with now. One secure connection hands that signal to whichever assistant your business already runs on — Claude, ChatGPT, Grok — and the work happens where your team already works. Nothing new to learn, and nothing to migrate when you change assistants next year. The engine underneath is unchanged: everything shipped since February — the scoring, the daily brief, the AI-visibility funnel, multi-tenancy — is exactly what gets served through the connection. The app stays our proving ground, where we test what's worth surfacing before it ever reaches a client. Why now: every assistant is racing to connect to everything, and within a year that access will be a commodity. Knowing where to look won't be — and neither will data nobody else bothered to record.

Ideas earned from your data
Ask Sonaro for something to work on and it now hands you a move backed by a number from your own data — not a generic tip. It watches for the pages that quietly earn and rank but that AI assistants can't see, the keywords where an AI answer box just appeared above you and started taking your clicks, the searches that convert in your ads but where you have no organic page to catch them for free, and the topics you half-cover while competitors own the whole cluster. Each idea comes with the evidence behind it and a one-tap way to draft it — and the suggestion changes every day, so there's always a fresh, worthwhile thing to do. When the data is quiet, it falls back to on-brand, seasonally-aware ideas so you're never left staring at a blank screen.

Your daily hit list
Open Sonaro and the first thing you see is a short, honest brief for the day — the highest-leverage moves across your website, your social, and your ads, in three lanes. Every item says what to do, why it matters, and links straight to the detail behind it. And when a lane genuinely has nothing worth acting on, Sonaro says so instead of padding it with filler — an empty lane you can trust beats a full one you can't. It's the difference between opening the app to five tabs and a gut feeling, and opening it to a plan.

Multi-tenancy launched
Sonaro now runs multiple businesses side by side, each in its own workspace. Social came in too: your content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile now lives inside Sonaro, organized per brand — and Sonaro doesn't just plan it, it publishes. Approve a post and Sonaro sends it to your connected accounts; or compose one and publish it on the spot, no calendar needed. Nothing ever goes live without your say-so.

The full data picture
A wave of new intelligence landed the day the app went live:
  • Revenue, page by page — every page now shows its real revenue and which AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini) are sending buyers your way. Tell the difference between a page that gets traffic and one that gets sales.
  • Losing clicks to AI answers — Sonaro flags when an AI answer box, snippet, or ad newly appears above a page you rank on and starts eating your clicks, so you find out before your traffic slides.
  • Are you even in the room? — when someone asks an AI a question, it quietly breaks it into a dozen sub-questions first. Sonaro checks whether your content is even being considered at that layer — the earliest warning sign of AI invisibility.
  • Live web research, built in — ask Sonaro to look something up on the open web and it does real, current research and reads the page for you, right in the conversation.
  • The whole traffic story — where your traffic comes from, how much of it arrives from AI assistants, and fresh ad performance, all from live data instead of yesterday's export.
Together these close the AI-visibility funnel end to end: considered → cited → arriving → buying.

🚀 Sonaro launches
The app goes live. Sonaro listens across every source, connects your traffic to what it actually produces — sales, bookings, store visits — and acts on the moves that drive revenue. Day one shipped:
  • Know what to do next — a prioritized roadmap of opportunities, the quick wins to start with, and the insights and benchmarks behind them. No more five tabs and a gut feeling.
  • Your store, your search, your voice — live store and search data plus your learned brand voice, so what Sonaro drafts already sounds like you.
  • Studio — ask Sonaro for an image and it generates one on the spot, ready to drop into a post or a page.
  • Edge computing, in your hands — built on Cloudflare's new platform, Sonaro puts an entire AI intelligence system directly in front of a business — the kind of capability companies used to have to build for themselves. What lived in the Labs is now yours to use.
The Intelligence Engine · RocketTools Labs
2026

The scoring brain Sonaro productizes — built and deepened across the year inside the Labs.

August 2026
AI-visibility becomes a score
Sonaro doesn't just detect whether AI surfaces your content — it now scores it, ranks your topics by how much AI demand each one has, and turns the sub-questions AI asks into ready-made content opportunities.
July 2026
Decision memory
Every content and advertising decision, paired with its measured outcome, becomes queryable institutional memory — a private knowledge graph the engine can recall in seconds. Sonaro learns from what worked, not just what happened.
July 2026
Reputation and reach
Folded multi-platform reviews and reputation signals into the opportunity score, and added deeper analysis of how AI assistants break a question apart — so you're scored on the whole picture, not just classic search rank.
May 2026
Local-market signals
Added per-client local-market intelligence — local visibility, review momentum, and image presence in search — as a bounded layer on top of the universal score. Destinations and local businesses get judged on what actually matters to them, without distorting everyone else.
March–April 2026
Scoring gets deep
A run of new intelligence: search-intent and difficulty weighting, weak-spot detection in search results, authority and link-strength scoring, keyword-cannibalization detection, content-drift monitoring, and pattern intelligence that learns from what's already winning.
February 8, 2026
🏗️ The intelligence engine ships
The foundation Sonaro is built on. A multi-layer data architecture — structured data, time-series trends, and a cross-client learning graph — pulling from search, analytics, market data, and first-party AI-visibility checks, and turning all of it into a single weighted opportunity score. Its first run scored 234 opportunities for a live client. This is the engine's birthday.
February 7, 2026
Revenue attribution
Wired in analytics so the score knows the difference between a page that gets traffic and a page that makes money — revenue became a first-class ranking signal.
February 5, 2026
AI Pulse Check
First-party AI-visibility measurement: dozens of parallel questions across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity, scored for how consistently they recommend you — so we can see, not guess, whether AI is putting you forward.
January 27, 2026
Search & traffic foundations
Search-performance data and privacy-first, first-party analytics went live together — the first two data sources the engine ever read.
January 21, 2026
Our own hardware
We made a deliberate call to build the Labs environment on our own hardware — the private infrastructure everything runs on, with redundancy, point-in-time snapshots, and nightly off-site backups. Owning the infrastructure is why client data never has to leave our control.
January 2026
Market intelligence
Added deep search, keyword, backlink, and AI-mention data — the market-side view that complements your own analytics.
RocketTools Labs
The beginning · Late 2025

Sonaro started as a research project inside RocketTools Labs in the fall of 2025 — nearly a year before the app existed. The foundations it quietly stands on.

The groundwork that made everything above possible:
  • Content & SEO (Oct 2025) — search-content scoring, and the first spark of content intelligence: normalizing keyword and audience signals from many sources into one score.
  • Code review & security rigor (Oct 2025) — automated code review and secret-leak scanning from the very first weeks, so the platform was built to a production bar, not a prototype one.
  • Web data at scale (Dec 2025) — the ability to pull, scrape, and read data from anywhere on the web.
  • Documentation-first engineering (Dec 2025) — every integration built against real documentation and real examples, not guesswork.
What began as a handful of experiments in the Labs grew, over the following year, into hundreds of tested, integrated capabilities — the compounding body of work that became Sonaro.
